Flight Information

Because the workshop is sponsored by an NSF grant, the following regulations regarding travel must be observed:

• tickets may only be purchased for jet economy air fare
• the difference in cost between first-class air accommodations and less than first-class air accommodations is not allowable
• travelers must use U.S.–flag air carriers

Travelers must book flights through Flite II travel agency. Discounted fares are available through Continental airlines. We are not able to reimburse for flights booked through another travel agency.

When calling for travel arrangements, please specify that you are participating in the Managing as Designing workshop at the Weatherhead School of Management.

Accommodations

Out-of-town participants will be staying at The Glidden House.
